Laura graduated from Leeds University with distinction in 2008. She was awarded the prestigious Watsman Prize for her clinical dentistry. Laura has worked in a busy NHS / Private dental practice for the past eleven years, which she has thoroughly enjoyed. Laura completed her UCLAN teaching qualification in 2012. 

As part of the Northern Deanery, she has trained graduated dentists for the past seven years. Laura is an experienced and caring dentist providing all aspects of general dentistry to her patients. She has vast experience treating nervous patients and has delivered a conscious sedation clinic, particularly aimed at children. Laura has obtained qualifications in aesthetic procedures which include anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers; she was trained by a Harley Street specialist in 2016. She strongly believes that “less is more” and that a natural result is always sought. After having Orthodontic treatment herself, and appreciating the importance of a lovely smile, Laura provides InvisalignGo treatment as an alternate to fixed braces to align front teeth. 

Laura is a founding partner of this independent practice in Cleadon which opened in December 2019. As a local resident, Laura is proud and excited to be able to offer these services to the local community. 

Laura enjoys caring for and riding her horse Whisper as well as spending time with her family and friends. Laura also likes to travel and go hiking.  Whilst not a great cook, Laura is a keen food lover. Laura and her husband Jonny have their beautiful daughter named Harriet who has brought so much joy and love into their life.
